WTF? Google Launching Blackhat Commenting Scheme And Will Force Webmasters To Sign Up!

Here we go, yet again?

If you have been paying any attention, then you know that it has been g00gal?s mission to dethrone Facebook by any means necessary. They started with g00gal Buzz and when that fizzled out, they came back with g00gal plus, which is actually a g00gal negative because it flat out sucks; even g00gal engineers have said so. People from inside Google have openly admitted that the search engine giant is off base in its quest to dethrone FaceBook. But you know how dicks are, right? They only see things their way and so the push to take over Facebook takes yet another screwy turn!

In g00gal?s latest FaceBook attack, they are launching a g00gal commenting system that is tied to the Google + platform. You heard it right! g00gal is launching a commenting system much like Discus, Facebook and Intensedebate.

The Google comment system, which will almost certainly rival that of Facebook, will have deep links to Google?s network of services and websites, indexing comments in Google Search, and most significantly, the system will be available for use on third party sites.

Yeah, we can?t wait, friggin jerks!

You can expect g00gal to force feed their new commenting system upon webmasters much like they are attempting to force feed g00gal plus upon us. If you have an Adsense account and stay logged in, you probably noticed this about two weeks ago:

This, "In your face intrusion" was ?almost like a content locker scenario.? They had it rigged so that you could not bypass their g00gal plus offer. It boils down to this; g00gal was attempting to coerce/force Adsense publishers to sign up for g00gal plus through the Adsense control panel. If that is not Blackhat, I don?t know what is!

Make no mistake about it, once these Mafia type Internet punk bullies officially roll out their g00gal commenting system, they are going to rig the SERPs so that sites with the g00gal commenting system and g00gal plus get higher rankings over those who don?t. They are going to use their ability to manipulate ?their? SERPs as a tool to force feed g00gal plus on to the g00gal don?t wanters. Yep, we're talking about a g00gal Blackhat commenting system.

If you still believe g00gal is all about Whitehat, you are fooling yourself. g00gal is one hundred percent Blackhat!

Why the hostility towards Google? I know they aren't the most popular company around here (and then again they are because of the $$$ potential from their traffic/services), but they are doing what they think is in their shareholders' interest. No one is forcing you to use Google.

I've seen like 15 google plus commercials on TV, they are pushing it pretty hard. I've never seen a FB commercial.

I will be glad when someone beats out Google and Facebook, it's just about time. There should be no monopolies for longggggggggg periods of time it's the internet, it's big enough for everyone to get a share. This was likely a result of Matt Cunts having people making Fake Comments and pretending to be him. I follow his Twitter and saw him reach out Wordpress to make some type of authentication into their commenting system to not allow this stuff from happening. Which they did within 48 hours for him.

I'm guessing that they've seen this on their end for quite some time, and its created a lot of confusion. Plus, just imagine if you could see all that nice spamming data for blog comments as well? That'd open up another world of analysis that doesn't depend on them crawling the web for this spam, it just comes straight into their servers for immediate analysis.

One of their fleeing ex-engineers said it right too: "google felt like that spoiled rich kid that didn't get invited to the social networkin party so they threw their own but nobody went". That's actually a pretty accurate description of what has happened with their half-assed attempts and before the G zealots pull out their "solid wikipedia facts" boasting 90M users and shit like that, it's recent and proven news that investors are scratching their heads because they know that after all those -vastly not-so-softly encouraged- signups the engagement on g+ is close to nothing.

I used to like the early mentality that led them to unseat other mammoths back in the day, but history repeats itself and this time it seems they're on the wrong side...

This was the whole point of this post! g00gal is doing everything in their power to control every aspect of the Internet. To that end, they are essentially rigging the SERPs to "their" advantage.

They come across as the, "Do no evil" white hat company that is concerned about their searchers but that is a crock! The only people who believe that are the same people who believe that Harold Camping is a prophet and the rapture is going to take place on May 21st, 2011.

I posted this thread as a clear cut alert to let everyone know what's coming down the pike. g00gal is clearly out of touch when it comes to social marketing but this next move with the commenting system is yet another futile attempt to control and dominate the Internet and they are doing it Blackhat style.

Heed this advice; DO NOT be deceived by the g00gal hype that is going to precede this launch. Moreover, don't invest a lot of money into g00gal plus because that ship is sinking and there is noting g00gal can do to stop the inevitable.

What G doesn't get about G+ is that no one wants to join a new social networking site that's built around an old brand. G is a grandpa in internet years, good for a reliable SE but not a cool new social site.

If G+ was called something else and not branded around G, but used their money to back it, it might have had a shot. But also if you're not doing something significantly different from FB, people aren't going to bother. Twitter was different enough, and succeeded.

Not really going to work. The problem with Googall is that they are an engineering company, it's basically a company full of mathematicians and computer nerds, they don't as far as I know have a marketing team. So basically more or less every product they will launch will fail. The exceptions are the email application, but it's not really super amazing, just better spam filters and UI than hotmail, docs is OK, but nothing superb.

You know when a product has failed when you're at a party and people say "add it to Facebook' and I mutter" what not G Plus, and get blank looks. Oh and I hate that melon headed twat Zuckerberg, so it's not like I am a Facebook supporter. It is just that Googal just doesn't understand simple marketing concepts. You CAN'T enter a market as a late player with pretty much the same concept and expect to win, or get buy in from users/customers/humans.

G constantly defends the concerning patterns and privacy goofs of G+ by saying, "Hey, it's optional." But when they funnel completely unrelated products and services through it, that defense gets more and more disingenuous.

I won't hijack this thread and make it about G+, but I advise everybody to really tread carefully with it (as people, not as marketers. In terms of marketing- go crazy! Though the energy you spend on G+ is better spent in other places for the time being. Pinterest, tumblr, etc...).

if g+ wants to be successful they have to spam like shit...
i only joined facebook after 90% of my friends had it but till that point i kept getting about 20 e-mails a day from people inviting me to facebook (i still do on my other mails)
as for the comments... it's not as evil as you say...
google has an advantage over facebook that will never change(imho): performance
you don't compare to google's performance... the reason i hate facebook comments(and never use them) is because they are sluggish and load very slow
i myself am a performance freak ... if my site has a load time of over 1 second then something is wrong so facebook comments is out of the question
