Yes I see you ordered small black hole SEO and you just got your second run finished a few days ago. To see the reports for work done (and those are linking reports) kindly log into your account over at Black Hole SEO and check the "Downloads" tab. Here you'll be able to find all your linking reports.

Now in regards to SERP reports we offer optional SERP tracking+reporting to email. All you need to do is send a PM or open a support ticket and give us the email address you'd like to get serp updates too!

For us it took three months on BH 1.0, on BH 2.0 we saw results in three weeks. It all depends on the keywords you pick due to compo etc. I would suggest any service like this to run it at least three months and then if you still see no results chat to them. They are nice guys and will help you out.
