This software is done for. When you have lawyers breathing down your neck you hand over everything. Rest assured, Twitter now has the source code and probably all subscribers to this program. It would not take much work to detect how this program works and ban accounts quickly. We can also assume the author is working with Twitter to expedite the process. Believe me I know how this works. I for one am really pissed and will be doing a Paypal charge back. I paid $127 for lifetime access not just 2 months. I assume the only reason the author stated in his email he would continue support for the programs is to avoid the massive charge backs that will be incoming.

You have lawyers from a company the size of Twitter serve you legal papers. What do you do ?btw Why would anybody give away TA source code? There is no law against TA creators, or TA users.

I have had close friends that were in the same situation. Not trying to be a dick but, I'm 100% right about this. Let's see what happens. And your "facts" are based on - what ? On instinct ? Or you are good friend with software creator and he told you ?

Well, since this is going to turn into a flamefest I'll make this short. I resent the fact you assume I didn't pay for it. Why would I care if I didn't ? As I stated previously, I have had very close friends in a similar situation and know how it works out. So I guess you can say I'm basing my "facts" on life experience. Take care.If you paid for the software the you would have seen this email.

A. Screw you. There's no law against creating and having thousands of twitter accounts. Or having the whole process automated. Take me to court.
B. I'm not looking to spend hours of my time and thousands of dollars in a big legal fight. I'm going to cooperate any way I can.
Twitter will not just ask for the software to not be sold anymore. They will want to know everything.
O, forget all that stuff I just wrote. Here's the biggest question -->
If there's nothing illegal about it WHY STOP SELLING IT ???
EDIT : And yes, it is illegal. The author is profiting off the Twitter name/brand.
Prove that you have a license. Otherwise, you're grandstanding and trolling.
Better yet, ask help desk to transfer license and if approve then I might just buy it.
*sigh* These guys get busted all the time. Ever hear of musoland ? ( google it) This guy is from the land of no trademarks/copyrights and still is in the slammer with a 3.5 million dollar fine to boot. But, I must ask again, if everything is all fine and dandy with TA, WHY STOP SELLING IT ?Have you ever heard of this fact: LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION
There is a huge bunch of apple knockoffs sold every day publicly via online and offline... yeah you can consider it illegal but LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION.
If you know how, i would like you to find us a list of countries where twitter brand name is protected/patented. If i'm right, TA team is located at asia (remote huntch about indonesia..)? so i think twitter brand aint protected in their region.
What about tweet adder? the author is also profiting from Twitter name.EDIT : And yes, it is illegal. The author is profiting off the Twitter name/brand.
