I just fast posted to 4500 blogs to try and find AA blogs, 1500 returned as posted.
I did a link checker and it only found my anchor link in 3 blogs out of 1500.

Is this normal... ?

Yeaa i thought so. By default wordpress is not auto approve, so i would try blogengine instead.

Trying to do it manually as my site is brand new (my money site) so I don't want to use the auto poster (but was getting fed up with no manual backlinks).


Do you have any advice? Your posts have been very helpful in this thread.

Sorry for being a noob, but where about do I put those?

I just did a blogengine search and got back around 6k URL's in the harvester.
Even going through a lot of them manually, there is no comments / no auto approve / spammed to death.

Seems extremely difficult to find places to post backlinks too, I thought it was going to be easy but 3-5 backlinks in several hours seems like wasted effort and I am starting to question whether this is the best way to go about it

A few days ago i bought Scrapejet, that was a mistake because it really sucks.

Yesterday i bought wpsboxpro and OMG it sucks even more.
$64 wasted

It's a new site (about 1 week newly registered) and my money site, so I don't want to spam automated comments on it and risk a ban.

Just want to start slowly getting 10-15 manual backlinks a day for the next few weeks (little did I realize how freaking hard this was, even with scrapebox!)

Sure, but it's worth the effort I believe. Some D0Follow OBL Backlinks can have pretty good quality... If you are able to scrape few hundreds of them, they can be really useful imo.

It seems to me to be a fairly straight forward method that can be expanded upon.
You can use the strategy to boost your own money making sites or just let it run to boost other sites via paid gigs.
I'll need to re read some bits as I skipped a few pages but ive got enough to start I think, just need to get scrapebox.

For example search for PR 3 only ?

Also do you think putting a custom footprint of something like "leave a comment" will increase the chance of finding a postable blog ?
