Can someone recommend a good BST deal?

I have a site that has been stuck in the same rankings for about a month. My secondary keywords (lower competition) are on the first page around position. My primary keyword (medium competition) is stuck on page two. The site is progressively moving to the top, but I want some instant gratification.

I have already run a Senuke campaign for this site and blasted those links with Scrapebox. I have also hit it with a couple thousand wikis, a social bookmark blast(fiverr gig 600+), 10 pr 9 angela links (fiverr gig).

I'm wondering what the best BST will be to boost my SERPs. I assume I need some more higher quality links. I assume I won't get these kind of links on fiverr (thus the question about BST's. I was looking for someone to recommend a gig that worked for them. I assume there may be some self promotion, and that's okay, just explain WHY your service is the best.
