I am pretty sure nobody would of bought this if they new it didn't work and was not supported.

I saw many people throughout this forum talking good about this product. So I found the page and bought it. After all the reviews I didn't think I had to read the whole thread.

No offense but I hope you keep on wasting your time finding posts like this and having to comment on them. Have a great day.

I am just curious why you go ahead and buy the product when you see there is no response from the owner in the forum for several months and there are numerous complaints about the fact the support is dead and no response.

No offense but you mist be a bloody idiot to buy the product when it is obvious it is no longer supported. So dont come and complain here about not receiving your license.

No time wasted at all, at least i have the opportunity to teach you a thing or two about how to browse a forum thread, since i have been around here for some time and learned thru experience both good and bad:

Always read the 1st and last page of any thread to know what was offered to start with and what is the current status.

If the current status, meaning the last page or 2 is all complaints or no response from OPs then don't bother looking any further, and for heavens sake don't buy it just because page 1 and 2 was excellent.

Yes Customer Support is so awful now. I am still waiting for my license transfer. I request like 2 week ago and still haven't gotten a reply. I email them twice and no answer or anything. Awful customer support.

The support used to be great and everything and now it just awful. I am still waiting for my license transfer when will you get back to me? Will I always need to post on BHW to get your attention or something. Just awful very disappoint. Great software but awful support.

How can you make a customer wait two week plus for a license transfer or not even reply back to them. Awful

Great Product! AWFUL SUPPORT!!!! HAHAHA.

Need a license transfer because I'm going oversea for 6 months so want it to put it on my VPS haven't check this thread recently and didn't have time to browse the thread until now been busy.

But its all good. I got a way around this anyway. Didn't want to be messed up to the OP and want it to do it the legit way. But since he is not getting back to the customers I got to do it the BLACKHAT WAY. HAHAHA

Hi sbw27,

I totally understand where you're coming from however I think BHW is still a powerful association and good for services/software.
I too purchased GAP, VSEOP (life), and cont. to spend money here.
The BHW community is solid and the best all around!

Issues can happen and these two softwares have seen their issues.
Software is maintained by humans and ... Life happens.

The creators/owners of venom are re-developing and appear to be working hard to re-launch a solid program and take care of their former customers.
That speaks volumes of their character!
xhpdx said he had medical issues, and it appears he is running his business by himself.
Some things can not be prevented and hopefully he's alright and will be able to come back to his work here.

Once (if) he is well hopefully his character is strong and his business here will continue successfully!
