Odds are that you have to have your CPA company approved before promoting it.

I'd contact a Mod or Admin person if I were you.

Just because it's auto-approve doesn't meant it's any good... If you haven't tried it, then why would you want to post it? Approval is just part of the picture - are the offers any good? How about getting paid... do they payout at all and if so, on time? It doesn't matter if you can get approved if you can't convert the offer or get paid once you do.
