Peter's right, this method takes time + effort + there's no guaranteed ROI whereas the AC mehtod revolves around the principle of plonking down money to earn MORE money.

I am taking in account only 15 articles and comparing what you can do with it and how much u can earn using this method. If AC is still the best choice then it's up to you. I find web flipping is a better way to make money, yes it takes effort but to make $300 from AC, how many articles do you need? Plus the rejected ones by AC too..

seriously if your site doesn't have any considerable amount of revenue each month, i doubt it will fetch a high price.

that would be a bonus...but remember NO guarantee

I do not understand...developing sites for yourself and become a leader in a market isn't much more worth it than sell crap sites or give your articles to AC? :-s
P.S. you forgot to add sitepoint's listing fees to the expenses Plus you might fail selling it and end up paying for a re-list.

Guys there is nothing to argue about this method, it worked for me and I have seen success of this method. If submitting articles to AC is better then go ahead, even I do submit articles there. This is another method to make money with articles and works. People are too lazy creating sites and if your site looks appealing then they will buy it, there are many weird people out there, u can find many in ebay too

To all in this thread, I make about $300-$400 per site, and churn them out in 3-5 days, not a month... follow his actions step by step, using a prem. WP theme if you can (Woo themes, Rev, etc..) Do up a nice header, and get a related PLR ebook, rebrand it with an ecover action script, and integrate a sales page using the copy from the PLR into the blog as a page itself.

Site flipping is getting very saturated, very fast, but if you provide quality, you can make a living. I currently make between $1500-$2000 a month building and selling niche websites, among all of my other online revenue streams..

I'll be coming out with a step-by-step report in the early new year.

This is a great idea, with added threads on this forum + this method you can earn more than $300 per site flip. You can even do this with a zero at hand and generate some cash after. I have done this before but with a different approach and got $1k+ for one site just some SEO your good to go.

You guys that keep on trying to argue with Affguy just let it go =/ Yes you can earn money with AC but you can also earn money with this method lol.

Setting up websites like that would take somebody maybe 1-2hrs and then think about promoting it over a month would be simple.. Yes one site might bring in $300 but think about how many sites you could set up in 3 month for different niches? 5? 10? 15? Just think if you can set up 10 successful sites like this in a 3 month period of time with minimal work on the side.. BAM $3000 if you sell them =)

I think some of you guys are missing the point. If you outsource the article writing you can make one of these sites every 2-3 days easily, maybe even one per day if you get a good system figured out. This means roughly 10-15 websites per month, if you get $300/site on average you can get $3000-4500/month (or more) in income, minus ~20% in expenses and your perceived value for the time spent. Profits could be $2200-3400/month ($75-113/day) on average if you succeed in selling the websites. Or even more, who knows what price these sites will fetch.

You could even reduce your expenses a bit by using a mixture of UAW articles, rewritten articles and unique articles.


I've never tried the AC method myself, but I've heard they don't accept every crappy article you submit. So there's a chance of failure there too. Nothing is fool proof.


Anyway, I don't think I'll be doing this myself, as the ROI is a bit low. But if you are in need of money, and have some initial money to invest in the article writing, domains and so on then this is a potent method. This is also good for those who are crap at writing articles and better at making websites.
