    Hi dear BHW members,

Here is one method to make good money and anyone can do it to be honest. You don't have to be a IM freak to do it. Personally I have tried this method before once, yes only once and made some preety good profit.

Alright everyone knows web flipping but maybe there is a twist to this method, no idea if you guys already know..so this is for them that doesn't know what web flipping is and want to do is quickly.

You need to get some niches, get those that are easy and famous..what I came up with is :

    1. Body-Building
    2. Weight Loss
    3. Music related
    4. Cancer related

And many more..make sure it's famous and have demand, something that your buyer can make good use of.

Then get a domain and for better profit, get a .com . You can get them from godaddy.

Now you add a few articles. I suggest you to get some unique articles, get a writer to write them for you. Instead of submitting to AC to make $3 - $5, put them into web flipping and make 10 times more. Get around 10 - 15 articles, pay him around $40 the most for them.

Now install wordpress, choose a related and nice looking template, get the SEO plugins and other stuff, make it look nice. Add the articles, put in some google adsense ads (to make money while you wait for the site to sell + make others see that you are making some $$ from the site).

Next do some SEO - ranking in SE, exchange a few Diggs, Stumbleupon + promote in sidereel if you need to. Get a few backlinks to the site by commenting to other sites and blogs - there is a great ebook on this on BHW, get it and do it. Now if you can't get at least 3000 - 5000 hits for a month on the site, buy cheap bulk traffic from DP or u can also visit megatraffix.com for it.

Keep the site for a month, don't spend too much of time on it (you have a month to do it). After a month just sell it off at forums like sitepoint and other forums but the best place should be sitepoint to sell your sites.

Now how much can you sell the site off?
I sold mine for $300 after a month and there was a guy I know sold his site for $500 after just adding 15 quality articles and a bit of SEO.

This depends all on your site and the niche you choose. The extra part to support your sell will be the backlinks and traffic you receive on it for the month. Imagine selling a site with 20 - 30 backlinks and about 4000 hits a month.

    Let's count the profit.

    Domain = $8
    Articles = $3 x 15 = $45
    Total : $53
    Sold : $300
    Profit : $247

If you take those 15 articles and submit to AC, you will hardly make $60...but selling it in a ready made site will make you 4 times more. Think about it, why is AC so happy to pay you for the articles? ;)

Many of you know this method already but maybe some will learn something new from my thread here, hope it helps. I did it before and it works, then I got busy with affiliate marketing but when I am going to do it again soon :)

Thanks and hope you thank me too if this helps :)

PS : You have nothing to lose..if you couldn't sell you site, just convert it to a landing page stuff for your affiliate offers.

Pretty good stuff. I was considering making some blog farms and load them up with adsense and see what I can make doing that. But this would also be pretty good thing to do along with the blog farm. Sell the better ones off after a month or two and replace with new ones... hmmm.....

This is just a rehashed method on the normal website flipping.... have you tried this yet? as there is a big risk and ive seen sites like this only sell for $20 each as they dont really hold alot of value to be honest.

Glad you like it and yes making blog farms will be great. Do all of them on one niche and add your affiliate banners in them too. Make around 15-20 blogs on the same niche, promote them and you will be dominating the niche for some good time to make $$ :)

    Cheers!

Yes in the thread i said i sold a site for $300 using this method. Need to be smart in choosing the niche and articles should have some quality. Domain name should be interesting as well. I posted this because the method works, many will buy domain and put in some crap articles and sell them off, this method needs to make the site at least ripe a bit, then sell it off. It might take 2 months in some cases but for me, I will do the fast work and by buying traffic it will save some time. We need to show the buyer the traffic + all the backlink stats.

15 articles and a bit of work can make you $300 or even more using this method, can that be done with AC with those 15 articles, I doubt it. LOL

To make the good money when you flip sites you need to have steady organic traffic coming to the site. Having traffic stats isnt enough anymore (Worthless DP bought traffic) you must be able to give a list of keywords that you rank for in Google. That will triple the value, then add adsense screen shots or EPN to close the deal. There have been so many people on sitepoint tricking buyers into a sale its crazy. There has to be some value for the buyer.

That's some good points there. Organic traffic we can get from all the seo and backlink stuffs..hey we can also spin the articles and add them on a few article directories. As i said, put 1 month time frame, or the most 2 months time frame and all this can be done. Instead of just sticking with one site, people can start with 2-3 more and do the work on let's say 2 months before selling it. There are always buyers for sites and like the crazy stuff goes on ebay, samething goes on sitepoint :p

I've seen a very simple body-building site sold for $500 on sitepoint and therefore I tested it and it worked for me as well..to be honest i am a noob in web flipping and done it well, so no excuse for others to fail doing it.

Guys you can get cheap writers at getafreelancer (GAF). I got a guy from there and sometimes create my own articles.

To be honest there are many people who are offer to write an article for you only for $3, have seen even less, but that's not the point. There are people who will do the job work you only for $3. Usually it will be 400-500 long article, so I don't see a problem. Let's take for an example DP. There are plenty of services that offer article writing for cheap and affordable prices.

Anyway's I just wanted to thank you for this method. I might use it later...

Can you give us a little bit more information on how you choose a domain name that will help to sell the site.

For example, if the niche were about dog training, can you suggest the type of domain name that would help to sell the site ?

    nice start...

don't forget that time spent in creating the site, setting up the blog, the logo/pics and of course writing the articles should be factored in as well. so it's not as easy as pluck down $50 and get $300 or so back. time - might not a lot depending on your skillz - is an element and it's a cost in some ways.

regarding domains, if you can develop an "aged" domain you might get more bang back for your buck. you might have to spend a bit more than the $10 at godaddy, but for an extra $10 or $20 getting domain a few years old which hasn't expired i think would add value provided the domain name ties in to the site.

@bhapi (Can you give us a little bit more information on how you choose a domain name that will help to sell the site. Make it sound professional, avoid 3 words domain like "yourdogtraining" and those with numbers like "dogs4you". Get a simple 2 words domain.

The site will look "old" and that will make it easier to sell off.
