I am doing SEO on a doctors website that is about 12 years old and only in the last 2-3 months has it had any SEO on it.

Including Black hat stuff - very lightly.

Mr ME and Linkpushing got me to the top in a few weeks.

Now the Lord Taketh away........

And I have limited resources and time, well maybe I can throw more money at this site but not too much time,
cant be sppining, scapeboxing etcc.

what should I do ??

By the way Im using Linkpushing and they actually spin article for you but its lousy quality, so I need to spin my own, however whats the use if their blog network has so much junk on it ?

Get a Nav Bar Link from Another related niche blog or create another such blog emd.xyz - post copied content there with different titles and first unique long line.

Just from what you said in your post, I don't think your issue is with LP or MrE. Your issues is that of link diversity.

also, I would highly recommend that anything spun or even slightly spammy NOT be linked to a doctor's website. Bounce all of your spammy links off a 301 redirect. That way when the Dr's 15 year old nephew comes to visit and show the Dr a backlink checker and all the spun crap you did, you won't get fired (or sued)

Instead of a 301 redirect try using buffer site of web 2.0 and wiki articles. Try that and see if it works. let us know.

And by golly... vary your KWs so you are not having the same 5 KWs pointing to the domain as Google will see that footprint too.

lol, yes of course, but however I never blasted this site with spammy links,

only blasted the backlinks by golly
