The site was up and down after 301 Redirect to new EMD

I did many changes, which include removing duplicate and low quality content, w3c validator check, above fold ads check and many others which has resulted in 30% increase of the original traffic I had with old domain.

Are you sure it is really from google? I have received similar messages before and they were usually presell letters from someone offering website monitoring services of some kind.

I read this message in Google Webmaster Tools

This was not emailed, it was not about adwords as well and spikes are never emailed in any circumstances.

I have an adult site.
