Just moved all my micro niche sites over to Amazon affiliates after having my Adsense account banned.

I have played around with various Amazon widgets so time will tell if they perform

I have also implemented some CPA offers on one of my authority sites (Adsense still available there but I'm pi$$Ed with Google so it's my little rebellion ).

If anyone has any good tips on living without Adsense, please let me know

I had the same with adsense and actually hadn't done anything, but found Amazon affiliate and was pretty surprised that I've done way way better than the sense. Seemed like too many times, the adsense would fluctuate and just when I was literally 25 cents from that $100 mark, the ban hit. I've noticed a lot of people have had the ban right before the cash out hit comes.

After getting banned from Adsense on 3 occasions (of which 2 were in retaliation), trust me, it's like you lose the love of your life but when you realize she was a whore you'll start seeing some fine CPA young lady and marry her.

You should stuff your site with as many money making strategies as possible but keep it under a cool-looking cover. I got this method from a crazy Russian who said best marketing strategy is not to drag people by their nose, but rather cut away his options so that they don't see a single shade of advertising unless they actually start poking something on the website. That's ideal.

But right now for you, you should go to Offervault, look for 2-3 offers related to your niche, check out for some realistic EPC, register to the network and rotate those offers. Do it with banners or links, you'll see, people will click.

Or if you get decent traffic, go with adfly (slow and steady) and buysellads if you have one site and its quality.

Very small scale to be honest -- have 6 niche sites and all together they were earning $3-$10 per day, but have 3 more sites being built at moment and have just done a big campaign on a quite a few of them.

(I have another Adsense account for my main sites, this is more of a new venture in the scheme of things).

David - if you have Amazon on there make sure that you are only offering impulse sales items... high dollar items do not convert as well from a site.

Keep the products under 100.00 USD.

Especially true if you are just slapping a widget on a site that was made for adsense. Typically with adsense sites, you don't "presell", so, you really gotta capture that impulse.

I removed adsense ads from one of my sites and replaced all of them with Amazon ads. All together I have had about 30 Hops within a week, which is what I usually get in 2-3 weeks from the same site on adsense.
The site also made a sale and my provision of that sale is $20, which is more than I would have made in a month with adsense on that site. But it all depends on what niche you're in, some niches work well with amazon while others might work much better with Clickbank or CPA.

Davids i knew how hard it is to bare without an adsense account and why not u try getting a new adsense account with a change i knew though google can track u u may still have a luck with your second account just a try !

Got banned the same way with only 6-10 websites, they were receiving only google traffic,all legitimate..

Oh well,at least I learned a lesson.
