did u used it with a brand new website?, 'cause in my own experience it will took more than 2 minute to show a new site especially on big G , I tried with simillar services and didn't got result expected
the only method that got a new website indexed in a matter of minute is bing webmaster tools, the web site was indexed rapidlly in "BING",

Not sure if it is going to work. But I am going try with this too. There are lots of threads which has ping sites and whois sites that claims quicker index. I have tried many ways but one few of the process that works to get indexed within a day.
