5 Sites De-Indexed

Last weekend I took a big hit, 5 of my main adsense sites were deindexed. I'm stressing out because it looks like they won't be coming back anytime soon. Here are some details and the email I got from froogle. Any advice on how to get them back in the SERPs?

-all 5 sites used CTR theme
-all interlinked because they are same niche
-adsense: one image leaderboard on top, 368x280 text on bottom for all pages
-3-6 articles on each site
-hit 2 of the sites with BMR, all 5 were hit with about 250 ALN posts (this might be what got me deindexed?)

I've changed up the themes, removed all the adsense, and removed all the "spammy" links I could. I didn't really hit these sites hard, just normal bookmarks, articles, etc. So I'm thinking it was the ALN or maybe a competitor reported my site?

If you haven't already done so, remove all of the interlinking between the websites.
Google is viscious when it comes to penalising linked MNS networks.

If you could get sites deindexed with ALN blasts then.. Well you get the point. You probably got manually reviewed and saw the interlinking + thin content. That pretty much equals to a deindex.

Your sites were interlinked. doesn't matter if they are in the same niche.

Same thing happened to me a while back. Clone the sites and use similar domain names and then 301 redirect the old domains to the new ones.

And make sure you don't use the same Adsense account as you did with the unindexed websites!

Wasn't aware of this, first time I've ever interlinked my sites. That is pretty dumb since these sites were very closely related, ex: "red widget", "blue widget", etc and you would think it would be beneficial to the user to have relevant domains on the site. Oh well, froogle is retarded.

You really think they could/would track me down again? I have used the same adsense account for 5 years now with no problems.

No, I wasn't using webmaster on any of these sites. I added one of them after they got deindexed and found that message waiting for me

I'm not at all convinced it was your linking, the recent emails indicating tha have been quite clear. I think this is something onsite.

Those emails have been mainly to people using blog networks or obvious PR manipulate linking, I have not heard of anyone recieving that type of email for inter-site linking like his...

i dont think interlinking is a problem even if the domains are hosted in the same account.

and please someone can tell me that CTR theme is not the problem here :S:S:S i have instaled it in some of my MNS..... should i change it?

I actually tried widget.com with subpages first and found it much easier to rank blue-widget.com, red-widget.com, etc separately.

Easier in the short term, but now something you did has you de-indexed. Not much more I can offer you, except to look at one of the sites, but I really think this is something onsite, not off.

Google's adsense program can really own a lot of people - it's nearly impossible to get your account back too! can't even find their phone number anywhere

I don't understand why people consistently under "content" their sites. Add an extra article or two EVERY week. You've all heard that content is king so stop giving Google any reason to deindex you.

It doesn't take long to write a new article...and it costs about $7 for a 500 word one.

This is interesting. Many well known sites interlink with each other. Gawker sites do it. Cnet sites do it. And so do many others. I don't see why you can't.

You can't really compare sites with such high authority (such as Gawkwer and CNet) to some random spun blogs.
