Everybody always has health issues or deaths in the family or some other excuse when it is time to update their software or make good on their services. Honestly I'm not buying that nor do I care. When I buy a product I expect it to work. If a vendor is too lazy to update his product because he no longer makes money from direct sales then he should have made it monthly, yearly, or given it only 1 year of free updates. That is the way to run a software company. I haven't had a sick day in 5 fkn years, and never screwed a client. I don't want to have to put this guy on the AlMunchkin/Clyde/Arbydee/KR list of people I would never buy from, but damn...

The last time I heard of him, he is having some health issues. I hope he is well.

I just bought this yesterday and it was activated in a few hours. My first keyword gave me 377 scraped articles. Then I used a addon in the addon tab called content mixer. I set it up to take a random paragraph from the articles I chose. In 30 seconds I had a workable new article that you tweek to make your own. Spin it after a few tweeks and it is a brand new article. Just make sure that you read the titles and pick articles that are similar. This will help ensure that your article your making, makes sense. If you pick an article on Texas vacationing then one on Texas Real-estate for example it will be crap. But if you pick articles on vacationing in Texas and another about vacation ideas in Texas you should fair just fine.

I have a problem with it and I don't know how to solve it. Problem is I have around 100 difererent orders, which mean 100 different keywords TO scrape and I want to software scrape say only 5 articles for keywords, how to do that. In settings I only found maximum article for site, there is not option for keywords. Help please.

i used to love this tool but now i think its out dated all it does is to scrape content from the top search results of google and yahoo which can be done manually too

I dont think it was ever intended to be a search engine scraper, but rather a article directory scraper

Try the "Maximum Article Per Site" it is top right hand of the settings bottom of the right column.

You could try un selecting all but one site to scrape from and then use the max articles per site, that should work ( i think)

Unfortunately the software is simply not doing its job simply because it hasn't been updated for a while. Tried to contact support, but no luck.

An alternative will really come in handy right now.

This is the exact reason why I now avoid services that either make their debut here on BHW, or are offered solely here and not other forums as well. You have to be careful of fly-by-night developers who are merely out to cash in on the flood of money that this site can bring them in the beginning, and then just stop developing the product when their sales drop. Also it is another reason I now prefer monthly or yearly renewal products; because I know they will be updated for a long time and the developer/s will continue to stand behind them. I mean look at the mainstream software industry. If you want MS word or Adobe Photoshop's new features you HAVE to buy a newer version. Each year a new version is released, and the software is not cheap. That is necessary to cover development costs. It just makes sense.
