Its very simple to get JrVip without paying a $97 fee.You just need to post a very good method which Mods decide to move to JrVip and you will get your upgrade for free

About Jr.Vip level. What do you mean quality posts? Is there a possibility to have 100+ posts, >60 days on forum and pay 97$ and not be considered to have enough quality posts to get the Jr.VIP membership? Also, how do you apply for Jr.VIP membership?

As far as the membership requirements are concerned, a quality post is simply any posts in the forums that increase your post count. So as far as qualifying for Jr.VIP it just means posts that aren't in the BH lounge, or downloads, or suggestions forum, etc.

That doesn't mean you should post useless posts just to increase your post count though. That's always against the forum rules.
