This is why I posted this in the White Hat SEO section. These are high PR links so they are harder to obtain, but worth it in the end.

If you provide legitimate comments to these sites, you should pass the moderation and get a valuable backlink

You are in no way obligated to use these. I was able to get some good back links from them a week or so ago. Even if you only get one PR 9 backlink out of this, I'd say it's worth it.
