looking for some blog networks such that they allow less than 175 words or so per article ,

Not sure about that but it is almost a YES .
beside that They no longer accept new customers .. which means they are really in serious troubles

What BTB tried to tell you is that 175 words is really not that worthy. You'd have less benefits than a regular article and eventually Google will devaluate your backlinks.

even if their network is on best quality, they are still experiencing deindex issues.

i would stay away from that network..
that network would not last long...
even bmr with super quality closed down...

i probably go with member build network...
