Repeat Fiverr Accounts banned - Anyone Know Why

Hello. So ive had a total of 4 fiverr accounts including my current one. The first was banned for no apparent reason. The second was an old account and was banned because I mentioned that an order was for an ebay customer (to the seller). Despite this being non promotional and not an attempt to refer the to ebay (and thus not breaking their TOS) I was banned regardless. After this I opened another account which got banned after a day. I did not even communicate with a seller on this account, only order. From what I know they dont ban based on paypal account so this leaves me rather confused. Fiverr really does have appauling customer service and business practices that are shamefull. Its a pity that I need to buy from their sellers

Does anyone else here have any experience to having this problem and/or a solution to it?

Fiverr are opportunistic and suckers that sit on your legitimate earnings. They ban account frivolously without any reason. You send them email no reply. Too bad

You probably did something wrong or violated their rules. They don't ban you for no reasons.

I would also suggest sending a message asking if there is anything you can do to rectify the problem and claim ignorance, that you will never do it again. I've had fairly success with contacting customer support I usually get a respond with in a 1hr and 98 of my questions are answer.

PS once I did mention Odesk or Elance and got a warning but no suspension the email said that it was my first warning and if I did it again I would be suspended, but its been like 4 months and nothing of course I am careful what I say and how I say it.

you are misinformed.remember fiverr does not actually ban you personally they have a bot that scans all the accounts. the bot looks for any sort of patterns

so yes they do ban you because of paypal accounts, if you have the same paypal account from being banned obviously that tells them your the person they banned.

add a new email to your paypal acc and use that.

Ill try the email trick, thanks. Its a pity that even mentioning another marketplace is bannable - reading their TOS wouldnt give you that impression.

Fiverr's bot is really smart and its been very efficient to trace out even a small/minute breaking of TOS. But this is also creating problems for some users. I think they should permit opening of multiple accounts as they are always getting their share from every sale.

Tried support, all i got was a copy past answer. Depsite 2 tickets and multiple (well written no spammy) messages they have said nothing. Ive made an account from a seperate country (some benefits to going away for the weekend I guess). Hope It goes well!

usually first 2 message following up your ticket are from bot (like auto reply message, but they're good anyway). But once your ticket "escalated", there'll real person paying attention on your case.

I am not sure how fiverr is working. I have made around 3 orders with my current account and have contacted a number of suppliers(around 15) to pay on direct basis outside of fiverr. Have already dealt once outside. I have seen the TOS message a number of times but they didn't banned me till now. Don't know how exactly they proceed.

I was banned because I bought gigs to promote my website which Fiverr's bot or Fiverr's support think is a competitor of Fiverr. My website never was such a competitor!

I contacted Fiverr support via feedback form and request form, and also contacted a person from the support at LinkedIn and sent a personal message to Fiverr CEO on LinkedIn. I spent six weeks of time and at least 10 USD to do this.

They either did not answer or answer with a template message. In fact, they accused me on violating Terms of Service which I obviously did not do, and ignoring editorial guidelines I never was able to read, because they are not published anywere.

I advise not to use Fiverr regardless of whether you are a buyer or a seller.
