With 15-20$ i dont think that you can rank a site to top 1
position in google, page 1 should be possible but it depends
on what type of links and the quality of links you are about to
take but i still doubt with the price.

Just go to the buy section and check there are lot of threads
read the reviews and choose the best once. Decide the service
based on the competition of your keyword.

How much competition is there for the 1 keyword? That is not really much of a budget for anything with a lot of competition unless you are doing a lot of manual work yourself. Your on-page SEO needs to be impeccable. How old is the domain and where does it currently rank? Do you already have a strong tier of backlinks surrounding the money site? Give as much information as you can about your situation and people will be able to give better suggestions. In any case, good luck in your endeavor!

The site is pretty new but and the keyword I'm trying to rank for is i'd say a medium competition. I've been trying to do some backlinks myself but I'm not in google at all. I'm willing to spend 30 dollars to be in the first page.

Investment is too less for a medium competitive keyword.
As you said it is a new site it might take some time to get index
but really difficult when it comes to ranking.

Just try to build up some strong backlinks. As this is new site dont
go for scrapebox or xrummer service initially.

First of all, just because the Black Hat subforum is the most popular, that doesn't mean you should just post your $hit here to get more exposure.

This will get you nowhere.

Post in the appropriate subforum and you are augmenting your chances of receiving an answer by 100%.

My newest site (still in development stages) took 48 hrs for google to index it, I used ON-Site SEO tips from this forum and just a week later my site is already page 9. It is probably a good idea to get quality backlinks for your site but not a whole lot. Let the site age and gradually build more and more backlinks...thats what i'm doing.. just spent $50 for services on here which I know won't get me to page 1 but I know it's a good start

$15-$30 is good for now.. but don't think by paying that, your site is just somehow going to magically appear on page 1 being the first option...dream on dude... it's gonna take time and dedication ... if somebody is offering you a service for that price saying they will get you on page 1 then I'd run
