Wanting to sell my website, suggestions?

I started two Psychology Micro niche sites within the past week, one I want to keep the other I'm wanting to sell, the one I want to sell has made a little over $20 through AdSense over the past two days and am wanting to sell to invest in new micro niche sites. Any suggestions for selling to get the best price?

You most likely will not get a good price for it based on two days worth of earnings. Just saying, rather keep it for a couple of months and then flip it.

The exact 2 day earnings are $24.80, the site also hase over 2,000 words of unique content, it's also a really good domain. What do you think I could sell the site for right now? Maybe $100-$200?

Right now? It would depend on the local monthly searches. Are there other keywords on this site to bring more visitors, or just the main keyword? EMD?

Selling it "right now" is a mistake! If you need $100-200, but this site is getting legit traffic to the tune of ~ $300/month, you need to hold this for a while before selling it.

There are plenty of other ways for getting a quick $200. Check out http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/offline-marketing/407035-1-hour-sending-emails-offering-free-websites-320-dollars.html, for starters.

Selling that site now for such a low price isn't your best option!

Yeah - I don't see any reason to sell it when it is making you some nice consistent income. You never know what will happen with another niche/keyword.

If 2 days earnings were 24 then for 30 days it could make close to 360... or atleast 300... So why you wanna sell it?

I understand what you mean, but he clearly states he wants the cash now as he wants to invest in more MNS's.

I say that would be a bad move. I suggest wait for a month or two and see if it really makes 300 per month consistently. If it does, you could easily sell it for $600+ Invest that on more MNS then. I would do that if I were you.

Hey guys I appreciate all of your input, here are the final figures, on 2/17 it made $10.99, yesterday on 2/18 it made $24.23. The domain is not an EMD, I'm using HeatMap for the theme. It's a . c-o-m and is the word "Psychology" but spelled "Sighcology" . I'm having some issues with my ads displaying on the site, they are displaying but I think the height and width of the ads are off, I looked in the coding and couldn't find the place to edit the size of the ad, either way my CTR is good but I'd like to fix it so it looks more professional.

To sell on flippa you need minimum 1 month adsense and analytics proofs
So hold for a month and then flip in good bucks

wow....you must wait till a month....the price of the site minimal usually 10 times from the monthly revenue from adsense

If you wait two months and get a detailed earnings report, you could probably sell that for $1,000+ (if you're still making 20/day), however it seems like you found yourself a winner, so I'd recommend just keep building it!
