I have emailed and since articles dont pass copyscape I wont save them or place them. I do not keep emails so you're message have been deleted. You have stated in the mail "please wait 48hours for you new articles",this has not been delivered. Any way you sopposed to deliver 5 articles right ? But how many I have received ? You even havent complete the order. You gotta improve your customer service. There are 3 things once when buyer is making a purchase and he must get Price - Quality - Service. All 3 things are being missed!

This is an exceptional case, since you can see majority/all of our customers are usually happy with the service. I told you before hand, to send the articles so we could get them corrected, but you said you had deleted them. WE also on delivery delete the articles from our servers to avoid copyright issues.

I communicated to you, that if you wanted them re-done, i could have them done in 2-3 days without any charge, or otherwise if you couldn't wait we could give you a refund, however you didn't respond.

My offer is still open, whatever suits you, let me know and we'll do the necessary and close this matter.

OP, i think you should create a system so that your client know when to expect the delivery. Very keen to order, but delivery time for even 1 article also 4-6days?
