Need help unindexing a page for a client

So I have a client of mines who, when you search his name, has his mugshot pop up as the fist result. He doesn't really care if it's removed he just wants it to be on the second page.

Any ideas on how to do this? Maybe a million Xrummer links? Any help would be appreciated.

Well I run my own SEO firm servicing local clients... that being said I have all the tools lol or if I don't I'll get it. Budget doesn't matter either. So what's your idea?

FB page, Twitter acct, lots of Web 2.0s, Hub pages, Ezine articles, linkedin profile, bunhc of EMD MNS sites... shouldn't be that hard actually.

find out the exact way his name is presented on that page:
- title / h1 / just text whatever

go make sites for him at blogspot, yelp, thegamelist, fupa, armorgames, mostfungames, findagrave, backpage, craigslist, ebay ads, linkedin, tek-tips.
------------
on those pages at those sites, use that exact name as subdomain, title, tags (if they allow tags), h1, bolded text. put up a few paragraphs of totally made up, but neutral, unverifiable data, mentioning the name in italics. Put in paragraphs at the end, different on each page, linking out with anchor text to some wikipedia articles.

backlink those pages you just build from some forum profile links and be sure to again use the exact name as anchor

make sure each page you made gets its own set of forum profile links

it could take a few months for those sites to crush the offending page from page 1 of the serp
