So here is the review:
Support : 10/10
Product : 7/10
So I got the small package to test with, and they threw in the coupon (though I think it was expired). I set it up for three days (didn't really care about time frame), and had custom keywords used.
About the traffic:
Was it delivered? yes. I tracked it on AWstats, Google and Wordpress. Though it didn't show up in the last two, I have always had that discrepancy between the three. I did see a sizable jump in Wordpress, but nothing comparable to AWstats. Also on the last day I Reddited one of my pages and all three noticed it.
Delivery:
This would be my only gripe with the service. I found the referring URL and checked it out. As far as I can tell they add you into a queue of pages that cycle about every 45 seconds on the URL. I'm fine with this as it gives people time to surf your site, and for the money the traffic is still great. My only caveat is that any browsing remains on their URL, and after 45 seconds or so they are forced off of the page whether they want to be or not. So this only leaves them with the option of bookmarking or guessing your URL if they want to return outside of the service (and some URL's are just impossible to guess).
Their stats:
Their stats page, when you are in the middle of a campaign reads weird. They have a section for delivered traffic and then another for viewed traffic. if it wasn't for verifying against AWstats, I would not have known what traffic was sent my way based off of this. But they were on the level about delivering.
The final straw:
One thing to mention is one of my advertising groups (they pay for page views and not clicks), noticed ALL the traffic, which was nice. I am working on the math now to see how many ads I will need to come out ahead, which should be interesting. I did see a small jump in Adsense, but in all I dont know if I am turning a profit on this. It should be said however that I'm not using the service for that, just want the brand awareness (I do a web comic).
I have a few clients I will be using the service for, and I would recommend it at least once, but you have to figure out for yourself if its going to be profitable. The OP has been very clear on what he can do and what he's selling, and though I was hoping for magic, I don't feel ripped off by the end result. I would like to see the top tier pricing brought down a hair though, or at least offered at a one time rate for people to try. I will be working on a site to take better advantage of this though, so if anyone's interested I can update later.
