You can provide 1 , 3 or even more. We usually keep 3 links per post wherever possible. If there are more, we will add spin variations. Many of our clients like to have a lot of variety in their anchor texts. So at times they provide 5 or 6 per URL and we use them paired with their corresponding URLs.

Sorry, I couldn't find a detailed diagram ( I had prepared one earlier last year ).

We use the following networks :

2. MyArticleNetwork

3. ArticleRanks Pro

We submit content to these networks and all of these drip feed content to their member sites over a period of 1-3 months. This will result in new incoming links on a daily basis without you/us doing any further work.
