Massive Direct Scrapebox Blast on Brand New Website

Thanks alot bfellow. There's been much talk about that it's bad to blast new sites and so on, you certainly proved them wrong. I will definately try this later on on some niche sites.

Hey everyone,

Quick update. I replied to most everyone that PM'd me. If I missed you feel free to pm again. If it's a general question I prefer you ask it in the tread so all can benefit not only from my answer but from the input of others on the thread as well.

I am going to be launching a new site tonight. Once I finish putting it together I'll write it up. The domain is only 2 days old and launching from a new host with a dedicated IP so as to isolate the site as much as possible. Keyword is fairly competitive with approx. 20K searches a month. I'll put all the numbers together to night.

Thanks!

Do you check obl or just blast as long as there AA?

@bfellow

I sent you a 2nd PM, hope you can help me out here. :)

Subscribed! Thank you for this bfellow, I was wondering about this over the weekend, I'm keen to see the updates on the new site.

The list in your signature, is that your own list that you used for this, or something else?

I blast all of them as long as they are AA's. The posting rate for non-AA's is so low that I just filter them out when I'm generating my lists. Every once in a while I'll refine my lists for low obl, but for this experiment I just let it rip.

I'll check my PM's later this afternoon when I have time and get back to you.

I'm hoping to get the new site together here in the next day. Tried to get it up earlier but my content supplier is running behind. If I don't hear something in the next day I'll just write the content myself. Just haven't had the time to sit down and bang out 10-15 articles that I would need.

The list in my signature is a list that I produce. I'm going to post a couple new ones in the next two-three days. Just doing some final refining.

This is one great thread. Been on my to-read list for days but haven't gotten the time -.-

I just wanted to say this thread is truly eye opening and has probably saved me tons of money on books and as well as the time it would take to read them. i have a few questions:

1.) Do you think the obl of backlinks matters?
2.) I know that you now using any link structure. But do you thinks that that necessary or just straight blast at maintainable rates.

Thanks I been working on my first 2 sites for a few months and I,m indexed and ready to start ranking. Just been finding all the books and wso's on link building confusing. Thanks.

Good luck with your new site :) I follow your thread. Its a very interesting topic to blast a new site with spam links. Lets see what the new site brings.

Cheers

This is a breath of fresh air after all the "don't-blast-to-money-site-directly" rumors we read everyday! :D

wow !! inspiring me for sure.. thx mate.. keep up the good work..

Hi guys, been reading and re-reading this thread over and over. Still a little confused but I want to list out everything here to share and let people correct me, this way everybody can learn. So this is how I think it works:

  1. I have a 100k+ AA blog list + proxies + spun comments
  2. I separate my AA list into 10-20k for blasting
  3. I enter a range of my KW group that I want to rank for
  4. Import all relevant stuff for comment posting
  5. Click on Fast Poster and let it run
  6. Re-run failed posts to squeeze the most that you can get
  7. Mass ping the successful posts
  8. Constantly add new and FRESH content
  9. Keep up the link velocity
  10. Rinse, repeat
This is how I think it works, if there flaws in my steps, please correct me, thanks. I also don't understand why can't I just send all my successful blog posts into a mass ping site like Linklicious etc. Thanks.

Hey All,

Just saw all the posts above. I'll try to answer all of those tonight as I only have a few minutes right now.

Just to answer a few quick ones right now:

1) While OBL's affect the value of that individual link, I still post to sites as long as they most. Its about about the sum total. While slightly less efficient, why not pick up the link? One example I gave in a PM was think about a penny on the ground. Most people won't bend over to pick it up but would a quarter. But what if you had a machine that could get you 100,000 pennies? That is what SB essentially is. A machine that will do the hard work for you, so why not pick up the link?

2) Two schools of thought on pinging new links. If you don't ping, you can be a little looser on the when you blast in terms of a regular schedule. If you do ping or use a service like Linklicious, then you need to be more consistent because Google will see the spikes. The goal is velocity and maintaining it. If the links are picked up during Google's natural crawl it will take more time for Google to see them all and will be fairly consistent while pinging shows all the links to Google at once. So it's a balance and both have pluses and minuses.

3) At the end of the day, its better to act then not. Build a small niche site and just start testing. See the results for yourself. It's all about motivation and action.

I'll post more later when I have more time. I've got several PM's waiting that I will try to answer tonight as well. If I don't get to them tonight I will tomorrow. If you have a general question, PLEASE post it in the tread. I've had to answer the same questions via PM several times and I'll probably have to get a little more strict about it because it's starting to eat up a lot of time.

Thanks again to everyone who has followed. Glad I could help so many of you.

Sorry to keep bombarding you with questions. I just really want to form a solid base strategy to grow my niche site empire/business off. especially since this is my first time at bat.

I know you said that you use yahoo site explorer to judge when you should blast again. But yahoo site explorer is no longer up. so what do you use now?

Also under normal circumstances since i know this is a case study. Would your remove your baclinks by duplicate domains. You know in order to keep yourself from getting a bunch of links from the same ip?

PS. I am actually taking action steps to implement this. I have a huge like of overly spammed aa links.. about 600,000 that I have been scraping with link extractor. Once that list finishes I plan on taking those links that it produces and running the backlink checker on them. This should harvest a huge list of links to use. That way I will have plenty of links and should be able to maintain velocity for good amount of time once I get started.

Well anyways just wanted to show that i'm not just asking questions, and that I'm actually trying to take some action. Thanks for all the inspiration and good advice.

I'm doing my own 10k blast at the moment and am currently re-running the failed ones on a medium competitive keyword that I'm currently unranked for with about 6 articles on the site. I bought a 140k list off Scrapebrokers and 10 private proxies from SquidProxies.

For the first run out of 10k, 3k+ were successful. Is that good or poor success rate? If anyone could provide tips on how to improve, please tell me.

Edit: Got about 7k posts down, going to squeeze the most out of it and then send it for pinging on bfellow's advice. Really don't want to hijack this thread, if bfellow allows it I'll just make short major updates here. Cheers!

Edit: It seems like I'm pushing it with 7k+. I've been re-running and only get a handful of successes out of the failed list. Any tips to get the other 3K posted? Thanks.

If I have 2 sites but both are under the same hosting and I upload the xml files to the other unrelated site, does it still work that way?

Also, since you have seen some major success with this method, are you going to stick to it?

For this test domain I have not been deindexed. I have been sandboxed in the past but have always been able to get un-sandboxed. It's not as hard as most people make it sound. Sandboxing is not a permanent death.

To get out of sandbox I just keep adding content, building new backlinks. Sandbox is also a great to to go page by page and look for ways to improve your SEO. Make sure your meta tags are optimized, your using solid page structure (h1, h2, b, i, etc.). Once you get out of sandbox you will rock. All those links back you up. All of my biggest sites have been through sandbox. When they come out the other end you are golden. I have never had a double dip back into sandbox, so once out I pound the shit out of the site.

I had one site get sandboxed and I doubled downed my effort. Came out the other side with over 500,000 backlinks and page 1 position 1 for hundreds of keywords. Over 25,000 uniques a day. Of course this was back in 2005, but I have done this with smaller websites and even some very recent ones. Just pulled one out of sandbox this week actually and it is making money.

Quick update:

I have added another 17,000 links today. All focused on the main keyword. Position is still #5 page 1 and am receiving steady traffic and might actually pay off the domain today from Adsense. Considering the site is SO young (site was created live only since 4/25), I'd say this one is going pretty damn well. :-)

I have two more sites that are going live this week and I might post on those and some of the things I am doing if people are interested.

WOW. I feel u man. i find this thread very interesting

Awesome scrapebox thread and results. What do you use for pinging btw to achieve your consistent link velocity in showing google your links? Please tell me if I'm correct...
Is it that let's say you did a 100k blast today and you want to have another blast only 5days later. So you would dripfeed only 20k links to be rss and pinged to google per day for 5 days, then move to the next blast?

Given the large number of links, do you use linklicious.me pro account?
