Please help... hosting acct suspended, all domains lost?

Have you tried to login to your domain control panel? You may find you still have access to your domains and thereby you can change thier dns settings thus pointing them away to other servers. Do you have your websites backed up?
That's gone too, the control panel. The websites are backed up enough, yes. It's just the domains that I really need.
What did you do to get banned?

Wow...can you tell who the company is. Want to make sure I'm not there.
With Goodaddy, I'm pretty comfortable that I'll still have access to my domains if I lose hosting.

As far as I know, registrars are obligated by law to allow you to transfer domains. The only time I have ever heard of this being an issue is when anonymous domain registration services are used and the domain name is, as far as ICANN and other governing bodies are concerned, the property of the host.
Have you made an attempt to contact the host by phone or email? If not, that should be your first step.
Dreamhost. They don't have a support staff or anyone working the phones, so I can't call them of course.

They say the domains were registered in MY NAME, so they are owned BY ME, correct? I just don't know how I can get back what is supposed to be mine.

So what can I do you think? Email support and ask them to transfer the domains somewhere? Or get a new host and ask them to handle it?
I mean I had like 100 domains, so I don't even know what they all were, since I can't even login to my account to see them all.
If the domains are in your name...and you have backed up files of the websites, then all you need to do is register with a new registrar and put in a request to change the registration to the new registrar. Many fo the large registrars (like godaddy) offer discounted or free domain migration. Then after the domains are with a new registrar, you rebuild your websites with the backed up files.
*I* did not do the spam, no. However, the reports were forum spam.
Ok, great. Is there a way to see a list of all of my domains? I can't do it with the current host since I'm completely locked out of their control panel.

that's fucked up..
this is why you should always separate your domain registration from your hosting..
all my domains are registered with godaddy
all my hosting is with hostgator..
if anything happens with hostgator all I got to do is change namesevers and I'm good to go..
what rules did you break?

if youre innocent as you claim, then theres no need to waste time stressing yourself about transferring, etc.. Just get a decent cyber lawyer and make him draft a simple demand letter for you addressed to your host/registrar explaining the circumstances and that you can prove your innocence given proper time.
note, you dont own the domains, no such thing as domain ownership. They can shut you down anytime they want depending upon your violation to your contract with them.

There is ALWAYS a way to call them, ignore support go to the next level.
Thell them that they immideately have to give you access to your domains, name them a daily amount of worthloss (more than you really lose) and tell them if they don't cooperate immideately you'll sue them for the compensation losses.
If they don't comply then get in contact with the registrar (whois lookup the domain, the registrar will be visibile in that information) best is CALL the registrar, that's the fastest way. I'd give that a try. If they are registered in your name of course, if not then call a local lawyer. will cost you 150$ that will most probably be payed by "dreamhost" after all .
In any case be professional, use the phone. noone writes emails in such a case.
