Switch networks if you try an email submit out and it doesn't convert to a lead. I was with a lot of HasOffers networks and no one converted so I switched to a popular network and now every offer converts. I don't fill out my own email submits, but I can see that the conversion enhanced using the new network!

Make sure you're sending good traffic though! If it's not making the advertiser money, they will stop you from running the offer. However, there are new email submit offers everyday with good networks so you shouldn't run into a problem.

that's weird, my email submits seem to be converting just fine, so I'm assuming it works on single email submit already.

Then again, if you are fraudulently making these leads, I don't know if these will count lol...

I have no plan of ranking it. be using it only as a bridge page and nothing more.

pasenseoso...you can use a one page for an email submit offer just make sure that it is not a free website like blogspot, weebly etc. I do it all the time and my email submit offers are successful. I market on twitter....please say thank you

You should always test the offer before running it, either use a proxy or have a friend fill out the email submit, wait up to 5 minutes, if it doesn't register the lead, then continue filling out the next page, and see if you get credit for the lead there.

Some offers simply don't work, usually pixel firing issue.

Maxbounty is AWFUL. They are a disgrace to internet marketing. Im so tired of wasting my hard earned money when none of the offers are going to convert when promised. This makes me want to blackhat these thieves even more. I used to make bank several years ago from google trends and email submit offers, now I can't find a damn network that has offers that actually CONVERT anymore.

Yes i was also having same problem but as you say they must converts on when traffic filling advertisers offers but for me it still not converts.
I used NDemand Affiliates and bought PPC traffic for about 6 offers most of then were gift cards i got 2000+ clicks but no conversions.
And users comment on y site that hey lose money for getting that gift cards filling out survey's and offers but still they don't got it so i think they should convert there.
