I would suggest that instead of waiting for a month, you email me before hand and i would re-send you the articles.

Our usual TAT is 4-6 days, since there is a queue, but one month is absurd. It's probable that your order got delivered, but the email got blocked by SPAM filters.

Please email me and we'll send the articles over again.
