Try to change adsense ads placements and where you get good ctr stick with them .

I would try changing the placement of your ads? maybe near the menu?

Your OPSEO (on page seo) is very weak.

Spend a little more time on your home page and the individual pages working on:
title tag
meta description
h1s

Also... the URL structure could be better.

Focus on ONE thing per page and make sure that thing is a keyword that is worth going after.
