Senuke is really the best one but it is the paid tool, however, I would also add "serp trends", "seo doctor", "serp analytics" to the collection of good seo tools

Depends on what you want to do. For keyword research I just recently purchased Ultimate Niche Finder and it is great for finding good keywords and EMD's.
