I always just ignore them myself although I have a friend that trashes them. I honestly would like to know that answer myself.

I would hope that you do what I suggest as to SEO as opposed to just using linkpushing as that is the best way to rank a site.

There is a lot more to ranking a site than using just linkpushing... on site SEO and other backlinking processes are important as well.

Sure you can... since the majority of the backlinks are not direct you should be fine as long as you have decent on site SEO.
