1) Within 1-2 weeks you will notice many "Whois" posted (we are using them to get Google to crawl your site).
2) Within 4-5 weeks you will see a lot of blog comments showing up in Majestic SEO etc
3) Within 3-4 weeks you should notice slight change in position - down or up (dance).

Within 7 days you will notice Wiki sites pointing to your website (free bonus).
