Be interesting to see where SOPA will go. They, the corporation & gov, are looking to stop piracy and are making noises on long jail terms for the 'perps'. Extradition orders are now being made by the US to haul in those from other countries deemed as facilitators of pirated material.

I'm concerned for this site, BHW, as the owner(s) may face charges due to the stuff that's pirated (especially in the downloads section that some of us rely on).

SOPA is falling apart,it probably will not pass. The author of the bill is removing the requirement that ISP's have to block acess to websites accused of copyright infringement.

rules are too strict and too hard to enforce. i think it will be tougher, but not their 100% block .

Whether it passes or not isn't bugging me too much, if it doesn't, they will simply try and find another route around it, but they will be persistently pushing forward for it.
