Jail for running a TV site?!

Just because I show you the way to the bank it doesn't make me guilty if you rob it.
This is extremely scary for me I have to report back to the Serious and Organised Crime Agency
for my old PPI activity, My servers were in the US and I was installing for US companies I know
they will sell me down the river.

I think the U.S is just using him as a scare factor for the other sites as well. Chances are this case will go no where, if he agrees to shut down site. Then he'll 301 to another offshore domain and start again.

Well, USA particularly can suck my ... I've got two countries citizenships and both have no extradition rule in constitution

They seized his site in 2010. Him and his mum were on TV today I think his pooper is twitching enough for a 301.

Some of you are acting like once your charged you go straight to prison without a trial by jury. All the defense is going to have to do to keep him out of prison is proof to the jury that he wasn't violating any u.s. laws. If they are able to do that successfully then it will set a precedent that should prevent something like this from happening again.

Then why they don't sue google. Google contains all of the copyrighted links. If you are small you can be punished. If you are big there is no laws for you. Same as big countries having nuclear power and weapons yet smalls can not have .

European provider under European business equality laws.
