Here's my review:
I bought 35K UV few days ago. I bought traffic just to maintain the alexa rank. So far around 20K UV were recorded. I know different trackers depend upon different paramaters so no complain on amount of visitors recorded.

Concern:
At some point during the service, traffic was too random. I mean sometime traffic was too slow and sometime too much heavy.

Overall, a good service for the price!

OK! i can confirm approx 2.000 entering connections as claimed.
Stats services do not track correctly.
You need to track at lower level in order to see them.
It seems some IPs coming from proxies.

The traffic is targeted, but as some niches can be really wide, your website may not be 100% optimized for the niches we offer.

As I was saying earlier, we're working to have even more targeted niches, with sub-categories. Simply because some websites have really specific niches, that we don't target optimally yet.
