Ummm.... that's why _what_ exactly? Here's the timeline, all times as reported by this site:
PM sent - 12-28-2011, 8:10pm
email sent - 12-29-2011, 01:46am
the email that you quoted showing the cutoff - 12-29-2011, 03:29pm
so why, exactly?
- was the PM and email too far apart?
- the cutoff was before that email?
- my sites weren't good enough? There have been a couple of other similar offers with the same results, so I'm suspecting this.
