What is my site worth? Official thread!

I have about 100 autoblogs that range in age from 1-2 years old, mostly all built on aged domains that had been at least 2 years old to begin with. I average around 50K pageviews per day, which isn't a ton, but the group generates revenue. Between ebay, adsense, and amazon, they generate a combined 400-500 per month. Maintenance and upkeep are a pain. My wife hates that all my spare time goes into this and with my kids getting a little older, I'm strongly considering getting rid of the whole lot - selling everything including tools, accounts, domains, content, software...the works. Trouble is, I have no idea how Id go about doing this. Aside from Mage, private marketer and SENuke, most of the tools could be found here or any number of the other sites around trading in other's ripped, stolen or nulled software. My copies are legit, but whatever.

I'd be happy to work with someone who specializes in this and split the revenue from the sale of any of the domains. If interested, PM me.

So I have a site that I tried monetizing with Adsense, but didn't work out well at all. The niche has low advertiser competition, so I assume that's why CTR was crap (ads weren't always completely relevant). It gets a decent amount of traffic though

- In the last 3 months, it's probably made like $20
- It's an EMD
- 94% of traffic is organic
- December Traffic - 2200 uniques
- November Traffic - 1400 uniques
- October Traffic - 1000 uniques
- Domain is PR2

Honestly, I don't want to waste time with this site anymore haha.

Do you think it'd be worth listing on Flippa? Rough estimate of how much I could get for it?

Site was launched in April of 2011 wasn't monetized until July.

PR1 with a little over 70 indexed pages.

Last 6 months the average monthly income is $256
Traffic is 90-95% organic traffic from Google. Some Bing/Yahoo.
Gets about 1,000 - 1,200 unique visitors/month.

Don't know if SEMRush stats mean anything in the site flipping biz,
but it has a traffic price of $3,900, with 154 keywords in Google.

Appreciate any insight.

Demographic: 50% US (its in the top 20k sites in canada)
I have a worker who does all the posting


Not sure if theres anything else to add. I am not looking to get rich selling the site.

Bit small for us, but you should get 18x revenue for an Adsense site on Flippa at that end of the market.

Sites under $5k are hit and miss on Flippa - you never know what they will go for. If they are hands off and Adsense, they tend to sell well.

The website is ranking at #5 - #22 in google for the keywords already targeted

Moneytized with adsense on a custom theme

November earnings $4
Decemeber earnings $43.45
January so far $16.17

I'm sure you can see this site has even more potential once all the search terms get on page 1

You'll probably get $3-4k on Flippa. Sites like this are popular.

There aren't any decent brokers who work under that level, so your best option is Flippa.

Around $3-4k as well. Looks like it's growing quickly, so you should probably keep it until those earnings level out.

Thanks Meathead! I recently asked for your opinion on an Amazon affiliate review site that's making about $200 per month. You'd value this at about 2k, but for the previous few adsense sites, making a little less than mine, you'd value them at 3-4k.

Is there a reason for this? Are Adsense sites just more popular than Amazon?
