And how would TweetAttacks know how many days have passed since the last verification without contacting the server? storing the value locally would give crackers a simple way to bypass it. From a customers point of view; I can totally understand the anger, but from a developers point of view; I can also totally understand the way the license check works, otherwise everyone would be running around with a cracked version.
are they out of business? software wont work. sites been down. wondering if we should dispute our payment before its too late?
I understand a little the feeling but i believe that if you are not willing to accept that your U$100 piece of software is going to be cracked you shouldn't release it.
Even if i got the TweetAttacks cracked i would buy it after some time because there is a lot of updates and the tool is really efficient. Wait a few days between updates to be able to work isn't worth U$97.

Jayson, can you give us an ETA? If the lengthy downtime is due to switching hosting providers, just let us know. Your long term customers are a loyal lot, but that loyalty is at risk when there aren't periodic status updates. By "periodic," I don't mean every hour. Every four hours would suffice. It compounds our money loss when we're left twisting in the wind not knowing how long our income stream takes a hit.Yeah it went down today. Im not sure what is happening with 1and1 again this time. My experience with them is getting worse. Maybe I really need to move to a different hosting provider now.

Im really sorry about this guys, the problem is something that 1and1s 24\7 support cant handle. And the team that can fix it is not available during weekends and holidays which is really bad.
But we already have a solution so you can use it again. Im sending the email now for the instruction.
Thanks and Im really sorry for the inconvenience.
1and1's Customer Service review said:Their customer service drives us up the wall They have the WORST custumer service ever. Many times people have called their technical support line only to be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Once you finally do talk to them they really don?t help you at all. Their staff doesn?t seem like they are very knowledgeable. So you might be thinking, you could just email them, but it can take up to a week for them to actually respond.
Here is the worst part about 1and1 hosting. People are commonly signing up for their service. After a year they will decide they don't want them or they want to go with another hosting service. Well, 1and1 does not send you any kind of notification about being signed up for another year of service. You will just get a surprise on your bank statement. You can call them to get them to reverse it, but it usually takes a couple times to actually get someone to do it for you. In some cases people have put a bank block on their care or just shut down their card because 1and1 just keeps billing them.
