wow, I guess I'm not the only one having problems. Tell you the truth, the site hasn't been stable for months. I'm on the 30 push plan and I keep missing the pushes due to server problems.

It looks like I've run into another problem. All my submitted pushes are not showing up and when i try to add a push it gives me this error "You have reached your limit of for this period, you can create more from 2011-12-30"

Can you check on this (sn: kyster)

hey greg
just added a new subscription and paid but the system wont recognise it saying no lp left this month, can u check it/fix it for me? thanks ;)

Responded via email to you just a little while ago.

Hello,

How about the queued up and in process LPs? Are they impacted by this server upgrade? Each LP is quite expensive and doing 100s of LPs adds up quick so want some assurance all is OK here please.

Responded to you a little while ago too.. very surprised that you asked here due to the amount of emails you and I pass back and forth.

It seems like I signed up at a bad time. After the past couple days I've been trying to create a linkpush but have been waiting out the article download errors. Now I tried it and it says I cant submit anymore! I havent even got one linkpush created out of the 12 I purchased. :(

Account Name: Altimit , in case you can look into it

Growth can cause issues but we always fix them and have always fixed them.

That will change once the server migrations are complete.

Is there any ETA when the server migration will finish? I am on 20 link pushing package and have only manage to submit 2 :(

I really wish I could give you an honest answer but part of the process is in the hands of a 3rd party provider and they say soon.

That being said we are making major server changes to better serve our clients so there will be some interruptions in the service but rest assured we will be set up perfectly for you and know that none of your previous backlinks will be lost during the migration.

You will have full functionality once the process is completed; no data will be deleted and you will be able to see all that you have done as well as add in mew linkpushes inside your account.

I'm assuming that the issues I'm having are due to the server upgrade. I am not able to schedule any LinkPushes and the 5 that were running are now gone. Are my LinkPushes still running?

hey greg, got ur email, thanks.
tried again but still same problem and also all previous LPs gone AWOL (i did reply to email), so i am assuming the last part atleast is due to the same probs others are experiencing due to migration/upgrades.
can u give us an idea of ur expectations on timeframe in terms of are we looking at hours or days till the light at the end of the tunnel? thanks ;)

This is a 3d party issue so I can't say for sure but I am being told that it will be inside of a reasonable time frame... nothing is lost in terms of previous linkpushes.

Your email that you sent 1 hour ago was responded to about 10 minutes ago... it is close to 12:30AM here so I may not respond right off as I usually call it a night around 10:00 PM so I apologize for the slow response.

Those issues are because of the server system updates... things should be cleaned up shortly and everything back to normal soon.

This email went out to all of our clients about 6 - 7 hours ago:

Hi Client,

As some of you have seen there are some crazy things happening with the
service.

We are making major server changes to better serve you better so there will
be some interruptions in the service but rest assured we will be set up
perfectly for you and know that none of your previous backlinks will be
lost during the migration.

Some of the upgrades are being done via a 3rd party so we do not have 100%
control of the process in terms of time but they should be completed soon
and if you have any issues as to your account not being able to get all
your linkpushes done in the time frame of your subscription we certainly
will take care of that for you.

You'll be pleased with the results once this bump in the road is completed
as the service should be quicker after all is said and done.

We most certainly apologize for the delay in getting this set of updates
completed and for the hassle on your end.

Thanks,

Kevin and Greg

As of right now they are transferring the IPs. We are keeping the old server as a backup in the event some information is not transferred properly as a matter of proper diligence.

Thanks Greg,

I am excited for the upgraded server and you guys are top notch customer service. Looking forward to bigger and better things from you guys! :D

Greg,

Just wanted to say thanks for the awesome communication and keeping everyone in the loop. We understand that it is out of your hands and that you are just trying to make your service even better. Thanks for the updates and I'm looking forward to getting some new pushes going.

Hey Greg, is it safe to assume any pushes we do while you're updating will get set in the queue or is it best to wait until y'all are done?

If you are able to set them up they will be fine but they may or may not retrieve articles as Kevin is adding in an additional source for articles for more diversity.

Hi Greg,
They have completed the migration and I've setup the system to use the
new DB. So far it looks good, can you try it out and let me know what
you think

/Kevin

I have tried 2 times. After I submit my link push, the page keeps loading ... Something is wrong. Thanks
