I second the hotmail account creator bot.

• Proxy support
• Can load email usernames from a file or autogenerate them in various formats using variables like:
  • %firstname% (from a file with names one per line)
  • %lastname% (same as above)
  • %d% (digit)
  • Other characters are used as given
• Can setup filters as you can setup in options page. Particularly move any message to inbox (so you get messages flagged as spam in inbox) and forwarding to other email.
• Setup email forwarding to other address.
• Export one per line with following info:
  • email address created
  • password
  • proxy used to create account
