It varies between 12 hours and 7 days randomly.

Hi mate,
this is my first order, I've create my account with 5 submissions/month to test the service (that sounds great!).
I've added 1 order, and I'm going to add the 2nd, but I'm trying from several hours and I always receive Could not download article, please try later. (I've tried selecting the article from the list or leaving the system free to find it). The key I choose is simple: loan.
Where's the problem?

EDIT: I'm getting "Failed to retrieve article details, please try more generic keywords or contact admin" too..

Periodically we upgrade the backend of the system and that can cause the issue when that happens or they system is very busy.
I know that Kevin has ordered some upgraded servers over the weekend as well as is adding more processors to the system to make things run more smoothly.

Ok so the reason why people is asking it here is not because too much waiting time?
I tried to order... when I got to the paypal order page and click choose payment method, I see my card there, and I can't choose 'pay with paypal balance'

Paypal makes those rules... we have no control over that. Perhaps hit them up and see how they can help as that is their process.
