Just buy a Dedi on namecheap, they have great prices and support is great.

If you need lot of speed you might want to go for content delivery network - this way you can deliver files to users depending on their location, this will spread load and bandwidth.

I know you can build setups like that with Amazon AWS. Might be worth looking in to.
