I'm not quite sure how anything is fixed... you messaged me 2 weeks ago (week of 11.20-26) stating that if I put all my urls and keywords for 3 services into the "Account>Profile" section, it'll get done, even if I don't see it.

So I put it before Sunday 11.26 (as you specify so that whatever gets inputted gets processed and used for linkbuilding the following week).

Last week ended and now it's Dec 6, I checked the reports supplied yesterday for last week's work and it's only linkbuilding for one service and it's my url and keywords from 2 weeks ago that I did not want having any more work done on, thus I switched it in your system.

I don't quite understand what you consider "fixed"? Also, why is my site still being worked on? I'm losing ranking as a result and I have somebody working on it now since it hasn't gained anything in over a month and actually lost a ton of ranking on one of the major keywords.

Please clarify what it is that was fixed if you're trying to rectify the situation because I am very confused right now.

Btw, I work during the day so I can't use skype, I can gchat though.

Beginner question for my 1st post: Do you have something to offer for my non English (Scandinavian) language site, or is this strictly for English language sites? I hardly have any juice on that site, so even if you can only provide partial coverage, it's interesting. If not, any recommendations?

We do not offer custom packages as of now, but I will think of it.
Maybe small package allowing 9 keywords each week will do.
We will see if we can work something out.

As of addons - our service is good enough for many keywords, but I always say same thing - there is no SEO service on the world that will work for all people.
So basically if you will see no results, onsite optimization and some nice bookmarking is a must, as there is too many factors to see all websites going up.
Good thing is that we help with onsite optimization for free.

That would be excellent, seeing as I would have to buy several slots on your service, and I think it would be fairer to have a larger package for those who are managing big accounts.

As far as addons, I was thinking of supplementing your service with linkpushing.net on the Web 2.0 properties for an extra boost. Would that be redundant to do or would it boost the linking process with extra tiers on your tiered linking structure?

The onsite optimization is pretty much taken care of (correct plugins, URLs converted to permalinks, easyWPSEO plugin, page load time, server load balancing, etc), but would love to take any suggestions from a team who does this on a daily and specializes in corporate SEO, if I'm not mistaken.

We do work on non-english sites.
We simply use english articles, and we grab your keywords, and use Google Translate to find out what is behind it (so even if keywords are foreign, articles still have same subject in English language).

Was hoping better customer services from this type of pricing given there are so many other options in this forum. I didn't want to post this message here but was not given much of a choice since this is the only place where Blackhole will respond to you since it's out in the open for all members to read. Again, I was not asking for a report given the short time I'd signed up. I only wanted to know WHEN I might get a report so I can begin monitoring the given keywords.

a quick report.

i believe my submission started monday 5th Dec (initially i thought it would start the week before but apparently the team cut off time is sunday mid-day and i bought in after that - EW correct me if i m wrong)

so which means today is Day 7.

For keyword 1 - with 369,000,000 results, i went from out of top 100 .. i think i manually browse before and i think even out of top 400 ... today is at #25. This keyword has over 150,000 searches per month.

For keyword 2 - with 12,800,000 results, I went from out of top 100 to #23 today.

So did this service work. Yes.
Will it stick, not sure.
Am i happy. Very.
