Here is my review:

I've ordered this service for a tough keyword, I mean tough enough that 3 PR5 homepage links with less than 7 OBL have been barely moving me one spot starting from #14. I was at #11 when I ordered this. The work was completed as described in a timely manner. I'm now #6, however I didn't stop buying homepage & sitewide high PR links & other link-building when I ordered this service, so I'm not exactly sure how much of that move was due to this service & how much was due the the new high PR & other blog posts etc. I've ordered 3 more and on 2 of them this service will be the only one performed, so I'll have a better idea what this service is capable of. Will be back with a review after they are completed.

REVIEW:

I ordered 2 packages, here's what I received:

32 Found Backlinks - 19 Indexed
33 Found Backlinks - 21 Indexed

Homepage PRs are all as stated. Nice solid high PR sites.

SERP movements - Maybe up 1 or 2 for the main keywords. These keywords have been stubborn for me and I also have dripped links going out for them. Hard to say if the movement is just normal fluctuations for the site. As the rest of the links get indexed I will be able to tell better. Right now it's too early.

Edit: Just re-checked one of my main KWs and it moved from middle of page two to bottom of page 1.

@OP - Just to let you guys know I sent you an email. It looks like on one site the links are breaking when being posted. Not a big deal but you might want to fix that for future blasts.

There were some bonuses given but i will not spoil the surprise. The review above mine already says it all so I'll not do any repeating.
