I have been with this program for last 6 months and I'm afraid the results are mixed. I did have good results for a month or so but right now I'm loosing money. I do not know the reasons why the targeted keywords are not ranking well. I do not get much help except telling me that the targeted keywords are very competitive. Non of the 5 targeted keywords are in top 10 pages. Not sure what to do next as I'm loosing money with this program.

I'm looking into your services in order to rank one of my clients, and given his niche and some careful keyword research, we're looking to do about 50-100 keywords a month.
Do you have/Can you create a package to support that? This is a long-term contract for me.
Also, would you recommend adding in additional services to supplement yours, or do you believe the work being done would be enough to stand on its' own? The company is a major corporation in the field, so the long-tail keywords are out of the question.

Out of 3 of my subscriptions, two of them got deleted half way into the first month. I've pm'd EW over 10 times for a solution and with many delays for various reasons (including him getting sick, which I put into consideration), my 2 subscriptions have still not been re-added or solved. I've opened up a support ticket which, after one response, has been has been forgotten about.
Neither of my two sites used in the half a month of service provided have gained any ranking or anything at all.
At this point, my pm's and support ticket are not being answered and are pretty much ignored.
I would like a refund for those two subscriptions and one for the second month of the first subscription as the service is completely unhelpful and has actually caused a drop in my serps (which I was updating on this thread).
I did not want to leave a bad review or cancel this service, but after getting very poor customer service and spending a good deal of money on a service that was non-existent, you've left me no choice. I've waited patiently for close to a month for you to resolve these problems and to-date they are still unresolved. I also did not sit and wait, I contacted you many times in different ways to inform you of the problem which you agreed was, in fact, a problem and said it will get fixed or it's "fixed" when was not.
The reports were also mixed up, with some other website's reports included with mine.
Please refund me accordingly, according to your policy mentioned in the first page of this thread.
*** By the way, I am NOT saying that everybody should stop using EW's service. I'm sure that my case was unique and there was some sort of error with the system and/or his employees and I'm sure that others have received the better end of this service. Normally, dealing with EW is a more pleasant experience, but unfortunately this time it was not for me.

We do not offer custom packages as of now, but I will think of it.
Maybe small package allowing 9 keywords each week will do.
We will see if we can work something out.
As of addons - our service is good enough for many keywords, but I always say same thing - there is no SEO service on the world that will work for all people.
So basically if you will see no results, onsite optimization and some nice bookmarking is a must, as there is too many factors to see all websites going up.
Good thing is that we help with onsite optimization for free.
Sure it does.
I am doing this to my websites, and they go up week by week.
Backlink is a Backlink as they say.
