I know that Bosnia will enter in EU, but not soon, probably in 10 years or even more. Illegal is not an option, because if I want to work I can get caught and then I can fall into serious trouble.

Only option is to get married with girl who is from Germany. :D :P

Well, that is what Black Hat methods are for. Just collect your payments in Bosnia, withdraw them via ATM in Germany. If anybody asks what you are doing there, just say "holiday". And eventually you will find that EU-citizen to marry.
