Read the first page actually, which answers your question. Like I am repeating again, there's no special website. The whole image is placed on an html document using css-image-stretch-hash tag

and that's pretty much it.

Two questions:

1) I saw Tor mentioned, always been too slow for me. HMA on the other hand, works great. Do gotta pay for it, but should work find for methods that need a proxy, right?

2) You are using images you don't own or famous people. If they wanted to, can't they file a lawsuit for using their likeness or the owner of the images filing a lawsuit for copyright?

doing another test. Using scrapebox. Harvesteded justin bieber wordpress blogs. Got over 5000 links. Not a single one contains blamads.com after doing link check.
BTW I broke my left arm (skiing accident) and typing this is a pain in the butt

Followed the exact same method, used my own gateway and offers from various networks. Didn't run mobile offers though. Made $138 before the youtube video that was bringing traffic got taken down. So this method definitely works

I experimented with the same niche i.e. Justin Bieber lol

I sliced pictures from various celeb gossip sites and made my own, like the OP suggested. I also added two javascript slideshows on the top to give it a more realistic look. And the fake FB likes, tweets and comments too. This is what it looked like

By default the image of the video links to the premium page. You have to edit the video image, headline image and add your own gateway script to premium.html

it's not that hard to be honest...use the javascript on page edit function to modify the page, then a js slider, perhaps go with the nivo or niro (whatever it's called).
