Pardon me for this question if it may sound silly but just wondering how does it help if the keywords cannot be bound to a particular post / page.

By random binding, keyword "dog training food" may be directed to my main url which is actually "dogtraininglessons dot com" (which should by right target "dog training lessons").

I definitely like to try your service, just need to be sure what are the benefits and outcome if URL and keywords were random.

Your home page is targeting KW "dog training"
You have several long tail pages like "dog training food", "buy dog training food", "cheap dog training food" ...

So, when linking to any of those with "dog training" it still has effect as "dog training" is part of "dog training food".
If linking with "dog training food" to main page that is "dog training" it again has effect as it's related term and from your home page you have link to inner page with "dog training food".

Think about how is natural to do linking campaign. If you have really good, popular site, with quality content and others want to refer to you on other sites, do you think they will always use exact keyword for your page.

They will use all related anchors, even sometimes they will link "this site" or "this page" or "here"...

I would use up to 3 pages with up to 6 KWs...
Or you can scrape all related KWs from google suggest tool and blast them.
 
can i do a package to a couple of my web 2.0's rather than my money site?
