Namecheap.com is a RIPOFF

Namecheap is honestly the best registrar i have used so far, on friday i accidentally made two orders for the same domains and got charged once. Even when the coupons were still working and server's were lagging like crazy it took me exactly 10 minutes to talk to their live support and get a refund.

Yeah you used the wrong coupon. I got 3 domains for a buck and some change each and it wasn't that coupon. That coupon, according to their site is for ssl.

Namecheap is the most reputable of all domain sellers I have ever used. It sounds more like your talking about Godaddy. They had the same type of sale on Wednesday and I got one domain for the buck and change, but when I tried to get another one I got charged full price. My fault for not checking the price in the cart before I proceeded.

Namecheap is the best.

namecheap is one of the best if not the best domain companys, so sorry you had some small faults with them but come on, you were late

If it is? then the support department needs reinforcement but there is a term in law called Caveat emptor is Latin, "Let the buyer beware"
You must have checked the price above the coupon when you activated it, the price should have reduced to 0.99$ instead of 10$ and also on the point of making payment!
The coupon must be for SSL or something else. I bought domains lately and as the coupon was accepted for 0.99 domains so they were!

I bought 5 domain names from Namecheap for $0.99 each in Cyber Monday special. It wasn't a smooth run though. Just after mid night (US Pacific Time) on Monday, I tried to logon and it took ages to come up and eventually I gave up. Then about 8 or 10 hours later, I managed to logon and registered 2 domain names for $ 0.99 each. About an hour later, I tried to register about 20 domain names, but only 3 are in special price and the rest are in normal price. So I removed all the normal price domain name and successfully registered 3. So I managed to register 5 domain names for $0.99 each within 24 hours.

Just speak to live chat and explain, they'll sort you out. They're not going to be ripping $26.99 from everyone, it will have been an oversight or you may have missed the deal or something.

I love NC, never had an issue.

Yesterday i purchased 1 domain and transferred other 5 domains with Namecheap using their Cyber Monday offer for $0.99 each without any problem. NameCheap is very good.

I have used namecheap for 8 yrs no problems whatsoever. I can't even imagine another domain seller. Its simple, you buy your domain and you get it. Can't say enough good things about them.
